Sydney Deacon graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in May 2025. During Law School, Sydney worked at the LITC Portland, defending low-income clients against the IRS. While there, Sydney discovered a passion for defending clients against administrative overreach. Through this education, she ignited a passion for understanding the minute details needed to win a case for a client. It is with this mindset that she joins Speed Ticket Defense, where cases
often hinge upon the most minute issues related to certification, ambiguities, testing, and other such rules in which close attention to detail is needed. Sydney understands that, while to some people a speeding ticket may seem trivial in nature, for many it can mean the difference between having a license and unaffordable insurance premiums, loss of employment, or license suspension. At Speed Ticket Defense, Sydney continues to dedicate herself to defending individual rights and minimizing the impact of traffic infractions on drivers.
